Absences
Parents and carers can report student absences in a number of ways. Please notify the College as early as possible if your child will be away, arriving late, or leaving early.

How to report
Choose the option that works best for you
Absences can be reported by phone, email, Compass, or through the College contact form.
Report by phone
Choose your child’s school, then leave an absence message.

In every school menu, option 1 takes you directly to voicemail. Leave your child’s name, year level, absence date and reason, plus your contact details.
Daily SMS notifications
An SMS is sent for unapproved absences
An SMS is sent daily when your child is absent and the absence has not yet been approved. To avoid receiving an unapproved absence notification, please report the absence as early as possible.
